These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ZeViews (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account. You may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, earn duplicate referral commissions, or farm views is a violation of these Terms and grounds for suspension of all associated accounts.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false registration information.
ZeViews connects two types of users:
All pricing, payout rates, view packages, referral commission percentages, and related limits are set by us and may change at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to future activity, not to views or orders already completed.
To be credited, a view must pass verification, which may include a minimum real elapsed time before returning from YouTube, hourly and daily earning limits, a cooldown period before the same video can be watched again, and a periodic simple challenge to confirm you're not an automated script. We may adjust these mechanisms at any time to maintain the integrity of the Service. Passing verification is not a guarantee of payment — we reserve the right to withhold or reverse credit for any view we reasonably determine was fraudulent, automated, or obtained in violation of these Terms.
Registered users may earn a percentage-based commission when people who sign up through their referral link earn from watching videos, across up to three referral levels. Referral percentages are set by us and may change at any time. We may deny or reverse referral commissions found to result from fake accounts, self-referral, or other abuse of the program.
By submitting a YouTube link, you confirm that you own the video or have the right to promote it, and that the video does not violate YouTube's own policies or any applicable law. You are solely responsible for your video content and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not control, and make no guarantee regarding, how YouTube's own systems count, recognize, or respond to views generated through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Service. If an account is terminated for fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to withhold or forfeit the associated wallet balance. You may stop using the Service at any time; wallet balances are not automatically paid out upon account closure and should be withdrawn beforehand where legitimately earned.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular level of earnings, views, or referral income will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeViews and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of earnings, wallet balance disputes, or third-party actions taken by YouTube regarding your content or account.
The Service directs viewers to YouTube, a service operated by Google LLC and governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Payment methods offered for deposits and withdrawals (bank transfers, mobile wallets, etc.) are operated by third parties and subject to their own terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
